Ingredients :-
Bird’s Eye Chili Blended, Onion, Garlic, Turmeric Powder, Ginger, Lemongrass, Coconut Milk, Tamarind, Corn Flour, Water.
To Prepare :
- Empty Alif Yellow Curry Cooking Sauce into saucepan. Boil for 1 – 2 minutes
- Add 500g chicken or beef. Stir and boil. Add 200ml water for chicken or 250ml water for beef. Stir.
- Continue cooking until chicken or beef is tender.
- Add salt to taste
Microwave Preparation :
- For chicken, empty Alif Yellow Curry Cooking Sauce into microwave-safe dish. Add 500g of chicken and 100ml water. Add salt to taste and mix well. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 23 minutes.
- For beef, add 500g of beef and 50ml water into microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave for 30 minutes until meat is tender. Empty Alif Yellow Curry Cooking Sauce and add 50ml water. Add salt to taste. Microwave again on HIGH for 6 minutes.
