Local Peel Anchovies Pepak is dried and salted. Its colour is golden yellow and firm in texture. Local Peel Anchovies is peeled and the head and gut has been taken off. The length is 3 cm to 5cm.
Anchovies are high in calcium and are good for your body as it help to reduce osteoporosis.

Shelf Life :
½ years when stored at chill temperature.
3½ months when stored at ambient temperature.
Storage : At chill temperature (7-8ºC)
