Dodol Melaka
Dodol is delicacy for the Malays in Malaysia. Dodol is usually served during festive season like Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Hari Raya Haji. Dodol is made from palm sugar, sugar and glutinous rice flour or rice flour which is cook under the right heat and to be stirred continuously for at least 3 – 4 hours till it thickens.
Nowadays, dodol comes in variety colours such as green, yellow and dark brown and various flavors such as pandan, original, durian, coconut and banana. Most famous dodol is from the state of Malacca, Malaysia.
Ingredients :-
Brown sugar, glutinous rice and coconut milk.
