Curry Laksa Paste
Curry laksa is a favorite dish among Malaysians; Chinese, Malay and Indians. Curry laksa soup is a dish serves with noodles and other ingredients such as meat, vegetable, fish or meat balls, boiled eggs and fried tofu (bean curd). Curry laksa soup is spicy and aromatic with Malaysian spices in it. Delimas Curry Laksa paste is a convenient ready to cook curry laksa paste and only take a few minutes for the dish to ready for serving. Preparation of curry laksa takes less than half an hour.

Ingredients :-
Cooking oil, onion, sugar, salt, galangal, lemon grass, chilli, garlic, coriander, fennel, cumin, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate E6211), shrimps, candle nut, curry leaves, ginger, turmeric, permitted preservative (sodium benzoic D211).
Cooking Instruction :
- Mix 1 packet Delimas Curry Laksa Soup Paste in 900ml boiling water. 100ml coconut milk and 60g fried tofu. Bring to a quick boil and switch to low flame.
- Blench 360g cooked noodle and some beans sprouts, divide into 4 equal portions and transfer to 4 bowls. Place ¼ hard-boiled egg, some cooked prawns, a few slices of cooked meat and some mint leaves on each bowl of noodle.
- Pour in hot curry laksa soup and serve hot.
Microwave Directions :
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix paste with 800ml hot water and 100ml coconut milk.
- Put in some fried tofu, fish balls, prawns and thin slices of meat. Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes.
- Add 360gm cooked noodle and some bean sprouts. Cook for another 2 minutes
